Repeals the prohibition on trucks registered for gross weight over 48,000 pounds from driving in the far left-hand lane on interstate highways, freeways, and expressways in urbanized areas with three or more lanes

Removes the associated definition of "truck" that included vehicles, tractors, trailers, semitrailers, and commercial motor vehicles used for property transportation

Retains all other traffic regulations in Section 304.015, RSMo, including requirements to drive on the right half of roadways and lane-change rules

Maintains existing penalties: Class C misdemeanor for violations, Class B if creating immediate accident threat, Class A if an accident results
