Adds "ambulance district" to the list of public entities whose deposited funds must be secured by securities as prescribed by section 30.270 for state treasurer deposits

Applies to funds deposited in banking institutions acting as legal depositories under Missouri statutes

Securities may be delivered to the fiscal officer, governing body, or held by a trustee (including a bank under the same holding company as the depositary)

If a depositary contract breach occurs, the trustee must surrender sufficient securities to fully protect the depositor from loss upon written notice and demand
