Authorized farm corporations and family farm corporations (as defined in section 350.010) are exempted from filing annual corporate registration reports with the Missouri Secretary of State

The waiver applies only when the corporation's registration information (name, registered agent, officers, directors, and principal place of business) has not changed since the original articles of incorporation or most recent report

Farm corporations whose information has changed would still be required to file updated corporate registration reports

Amends section 351.120, RSMo, which governs corporate registration requirements for all Missouri corporations and foreign corporations licensed to do business in the state
