Adds "making a terrorist threat" under section 574.115 to the list of 26 crimes that school administrators must report to law enforcement when committed on school property, school buses, or during school activities

Consolidates and replaces two prior versions of section 160.261 enacted during the 97th General Assembly (HB 1371 and HB 215/HB 505)

Maintains existing reporting requirements for serious offenses including murder, assault, rape, kidnapping, robbery, arson, drug distribution, weapons possession, and stalking

Preserves existing discipline policy requirements including mandatory one-year suspension or expulsion for students who bring weapons to school, with superintendent discretion to modify on a case-by-case basis

Retains 1,000-foot exclusion zone restriction for suspended students and class A misdemeanor penalty for school officials who falsify reports or withhold information during investigations
