Creates a $5,000 annual tax credit for Missouri residents with STEM degrees (science, engineering, technology, or mathematics) who graduated after April 30, 2016 with at least a 2.5 GPA, claimable for up to 6 years

Creates a $3,000 annual tax credit for individuals who relocate to Missouri with STEM degrees meeting the same graduation requirements, claimable for up to 10 years

Recipients must maintain Missouri residency and employment with a Missouri employer to remain eligible

Tax credits cannot be transferred, sold, assigned, or carried forward/back, and must be used only for repayment of outstanding student loans

Program automatically sunsets 6 years after August 28, 2015, unless reauthorized by the General Assembly
