Licensed retail liquor stores may sell 32 to 128 fluid ounces of draft beer in containers filled on-premises for off-premises consumption, sealed with a one-time-use tamper-proof seal

Employees filling draft beer containers must be at least 21 years of age

Wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers are prohibited from furnishing dispensing equipment, cooling equipment, or containers to retail licensees for this purpose

Filled containers must be labeled with brand name, brewer name, product class, net contents, retailer address, fill date, and a statement that the product may be unfiltered/unpasteurized and must be kept refrigerated

Containers must be filled only on customer demand (not prefilled), using either a tube-and-sanitizer method or contamination-free process compliant with FDA Code 2009
