General Assembly members, their staff, employees, spouses, and dependent children are prohibited from accepting any tangible or intangible item, service, or thing of value over $30 from any registered lobbyist

Lobbyists are prohibited from making contributions or expenditures over $30 for food, entertainment, lodging, or travel to candidate committees for state representatives or senators

Lobbyists are prohibited from delivering any item, service, or thing of value over $30 to any General Assembly member or their staff, employee, spouse, or dependent children

Removes the prior requirement that out-of-state travel or lodging for legislators be pre-approved by House or Senate administration committees

Simplifies lobbyist reporting requirements for group events by removing language about including staff and employees under direct supervision of invited officials
