Prohibits members of the Missouri General Assembly from accepting compensation as a paid political consultant for any candidate seeking state representative or state senator, or for any current legislator

Defines "paid political consultant" as a person who is paid to support or oppose ballot measures or promote candidates, including activities such as campaign strategy planning, staff coordination, polling, opposition research, media production, direct mail, phone solicitation, and fundraising

Adds the new definition of "paid political consultant" to Missouri's existing ethics statutes (sections 105.450 to 105.496)

Creates new section 105.453 in Missouri Revised Statutes to establish the prohibition on legislator-to-legislator paid consulting
