Creates advance voting allowing any registered voter to cast ballots in person beginning the third Wednesday before an election through the Wednesday before election day at central voting locations and satellite sites

Requires one satellite voting site per 50,000 registered voters (maximum of 6 satellites per jurisdiction) for federal elections, with bipartisan election judges at each site

Establishes advance voting hours as regular business hours (7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) including Saturdays until 12:00 p.m.

Expands the electioneering buffer zone from 25 feet to 100 feet from polling place entrances

Makes voting both by advance ballot and on election day a class one election offense, and makes unauthorized disclosure of advance voter information a class four election offense
