Prohibits employers with one or more employees from discriminating in compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment based on an individual's or their dependent's reproductive health decisions

Bars employers from inquiring about employees' or job applicants' reproductive health decisions, including use of specific drugs or medical services

Prohibits retaliation against employees who file complaints, testify, or participate in investigations regarding violations of this section

Allows individuals alleging violations to bring civil actions for injunctive relief and/or damages, including reasonable attorney fees, in the county where the violation occurred or where the employer is based

Specifies that these protections supplement rather than replace existing employment discrimination laws
