Expands the definition of "recreational use" for landowner liability purposes to include aviation activities, trapping, and paddle sports

Adds new exceptions where landowner liability protection does NOT apply: landowners who intentionally injure participants, provide unsafe equipment they knew or should have known was dangerous, or fail to exercise ordinary care

Maintains existing liability exceptions for injuries on land within city/town boundaries, at swimming pools, in residential areas (1 acre or less), and on commercial/industrial land

Preserves landowner liability for malicious or grossly negligent failure to warn of dangerous conditions, and for injuries to persons who paid admission fees

Amends RSMo sections 537.345 and 537.348 relating to recreational use liability protections for landowners
