Adds a new definition of "correspondence" to Missouri real estate law, meaning any written or electronic communication, but explicitly excluding ephemeral communications such as text messages and instant messages

Excludes from the "correspondence" definition any information not designed to be retained or create a permanent record for real estate transactions

Adds a new definition of "sold" to mean that title has been transferred or the property has become subject to a bona fide sale contract or purchase agreement

Amends Section 339.010, RSMo, which governs real estate broker and salesperson definitions and licensing requirements
