Vehicles hauling milk from farms to processing facilities or hauling livestock may operate at up to 85,500 pounds gross weight on non-interstate highways, expanding a previous exemption that only applied to specific U.S. highways in northern Missouri

Vehicles hauling grain or grain co-products during harvest may exceed maximum weight limits by up to 10% on non-interstate highways

Local log trucks and local log truck tractors may now operate within a 200-mile radius from forested sites, increased from the previous 100-mile limit

Repeals the previous provision that limited the 85,500-pound livestock hauling exemption to only U.S. Highway 36, U.S. Highway 65, and U.S. Highway 63 in specific segments

All weight exemptions in this bill explicitly exclude the Dwight D. Eisenhower System of Interstate and Defense Highways
