Preserves exceptions allowing certified registered nurse anesthetists and licensed anesthesiologist assistants to perform surgical, obstetrical, or postoperative anesthesia and pain control services

Updates a statutory cross-reference from sections 334.400 to 334.434 to sections 334.400 to 334.430 regarding anesthesiologist assistant licensure
