Defines "sexual orientation" as male or female heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality by inclination, practice, identity, or expression

Defines "gender identity" as the gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other gender-related characteristics of an individual, with or without regard to the individual's designated sex at birth

Extends anti-discrimination protections in employment, housing, public accommodations, and lending to cover sexual orientation and gender identity, prohibiting discrimination by employers with 6+ employees, landlords, real estate agents, banks, and places of public accommodation

Clarifies that discrimination based on presumed or assumed characteristics (including sexual orientation and gender identity) is prohibited, whether or not the assumption is correct
