Changes financial interest statement filing from annual to biannual (twice per year) for officials and employees covered under sections 105.483 to 105.492

First filing deadline moved to January 15, covering the period from July 1 to December 31 of the preceding year

Second filing deadline set at July 15, covering the period from January 1 to June 30 of the same calendar year

Removes the previous limitation that no person could be required to file more than one financial interest statement per calendar year

Allows the governor, lieutenant governor, general assembly members, and political subdivision governing body members to supplement their statements to report additional interests acquired after any filing deadline
