Pregnant women cannot be prosecuted or held civilly liable under this act and are entitled to crime victim protections in related proceedings

Civil remedies include actual and punitive damages (including statutory damages of three times the abortion cost), plus injunctive relief available to the woman, family members, healthcare providers, or prosecutors
