Removes numerous specific filing fees from Missouri statutes for business entities including LLCs, corporations, limited partnerships, cooperatives, nonprofits, and trademark registrations that were previously codified in law

Authorizes the Secretary of State to collect a $5 fee "in lieu of" each fee removed from the statutes as of August 28, 2015, plus an additional $5 fee on fees that remain in statute

Extends the expiration date for the Secretary of State's technology trust fund fee collection authority from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2021

Requires the Secretary of State to publish all required fees on the office's website rather than having specific dollar amounts listed in statute

Retains fee waivers for Missouri National Guard members and active duty military who are forming business entities, and maintains the $20 fee for service of process on business entities
