Adds two new authorized fees for Department of Revenue fee office agents: $2 for each electronic look-up of taxes or insurance, and $2 for each notary fee

Changes language from "telephone transmission reception" to "electronic transmission" for the existing $2 fee

Prohibits the director of revenue from considering any offer to provide the department a portion of collected fees as part of the competitive bidding process for fee office contracts

Maintains existing fee structure including $3.50 per vehicle registration ($7 for biennial), $2.50 per title application/transfer, and $2.50-$5 for driver's licenses depending on duration
