State savings from SNAP and TANF program modifications effective August 28, 2015 must be redirected to fund child care assistance for single-parent households, education assistance, transportation assistance, and job training for program recipients

Eliminates "broad-based categorical eligibility" by requiring only cash assistance (not other benefits) to qualify households for automatic SNAP eligibility

Caps SNAP gross income eligibility at federal statutory limits specified in 7 U.S.C. Section 2014(c), preventing the state from using higher income thresholds

Limits SNAP asset/resource eligibility to federal statutory standards under 7 U.S.C. Section 2014(g)(1), with only cash assistance able to exempt households from these resource limits
