Amends Section 590.653, RSMo to add new website posting requirements for certain Missouri jurisdictions regarding civilian review boards

Requires charter counties with more than 950,000 inhabitants, any city not within a county (St. Louis City), and home rule cities with more than 400,000 inhabitants located in more than one county (Kansas City) to post information on their websites

Mandated website content must include how to establish a civilian review board, or if one already exists, how it was established

Jurisdictions may also post information about the National Association for Civilian Oversight of Law Enforcement (NACOLE) and any other pertinent information they deem necessary

Existing law allowing cities and counties to establish civilian review boards to investigate police misconduct allegations (excessive force, abuse of authority, discourtesy, offensive language) remains unchanged
