Amends Section 327.041, RSMo, governing the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, Professional Land Surveyors, and Professional Landscape Architects

Removes the specific reference to the Department of Natural Resources as the entity whose rules the board must follow regarding land surveying standards (sections 327.272 to 327.635)

Requires board rules for land surveying to remain consistent with and not supersede rules promulgated pursuant to Chapter 60 (state surveying and boundaries law), but without specifying which agency promulgates those rules

Retains all existing board powers including subpoena authority (requiring two-thirds vote), rulemaking for professional conduct standards, and enforcement of registration requirements
