Peace officer applicants must disclose any complaints, disciplinary actions, or internal investigations from prior employment with other law enforcement agencies during the application or interview process

Applicants with prior complaints, disciplinary actions, or internal investigations must undergo a psychological evaluation before being hired to determine fitness for law enforcement work

Applicants who pass the psychological evaluation must receive additional training addressing the specific issues that led to the prior complaint, disciplinary action, or investigation

Adds new section 590.015 to Missouri Revised Statutes Chapter 590 (which governs peace officer standards and training)
