Amends Missouri law to clarify that the "next-of-kin at the time of death" as defined in section 194.119 must authorize disinterment of human remains

If the original next-of-kin is no longer living, a majority of surviving adult family members (spouse, children, parents) may authorize disinterment

If no spouse, children, or parents survive, a majority of grandchildren or siblings (including half-siblings) may authorize disinterment

Expands liability protection to cemetery operators, funeral directors, funeral establishments, and any other person or entity involved in the disinterment process

Costs of disinterment, relocation, or delivery remain the responsibility of the deceased person's family
