Removes "current utility bill" and "bank statement" from the list of acceptable documents that can be used to verify voter identity when casting a provisional ballot

Retains other acceptable forms of provisional ballot identification including government checks, paychecks, and other government documents containing the voter's name and address

Applies specifically to the provisional ballot process for voters who appear at polling places without primary photo identification (Missouri driver's license, nondriver's license, or military ID)

Primary photo ID requirements for voting remain unchanged, including nonexpired Missouri driver's license, Missouri nondriver's license, or valid U.S./Missouri-issued documents with photo
