Removes language characterizing abstinence as "one hundred percent effective" and replaces it with presenting abstinence as "the only sure way to avoid pregnancy or sexually transmitted infection"

Adds new required topics including HPV vaccine information, family communication about sexuality, online predator awareness, dangers of inappropriate text messaging, and how alcohol/drug use affects decision-making

Removes the prohibition on abortion service providers offering course materials or instruction on human sexuality to students

Requires schools to disclose names and affiliations of presenters used in human sexuality instruction, in addition to curriculum materials already required to be made public
