Expands the commercial zone for a home rule city with 108,000-116,000 inhabitants in a first classification county with 150,000-200,000 inhabitants (Columbia, MO area) by extending boundaries along U.S. Highway 63, State Route NN, and State Route 124

Motor vehicles operating within designated commercial zones are limited to 15 feet in height and 22,400 pounds maximum weight on one axle

Commercial zones cannot be reduced due to population loss in a city

Cities, counties, and municipalities retain authority to designate routes over which commercial vehicles may operate within their jurisdictions

Amends Section 304.190, RSMo, relating to municipal commercial zones in the 98th General Assembly
