Prohibits the Missouri Conservation Commission and Department of Conservation from entering into contracts, providing services, or exchanging anything of value with 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations whose purpose is to benefit the department or advance conservation of Missouri's forest, fish, and wildlife resources

"Prohibited conduct" includes exchanging professional or clerical services, work product, money, personal or real property, or property rights—with or without compensation

Exempts activities related to issuing licenses, permits, public information, or other items the state is legally required to provide

Allows any person damaged by a violation to sue for declaratory and injunctive relief, with prevailing parties eligible for attorney's fees and court costs

Knowingly and willfully violating these provisions constitutes a class B misdemeanor
