Licensed retail liquor stores may sell 32 to 128 fluid ounces of draft beer in containers filled on-premises for off-premises consumption, sealed with a one-time-use tamper-proof seal by an employee at least 21 years old

Wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers are prohibited from furnishing dispensing equipment, cooling equipment, or containers to retailers for this purpose

Containers must be labeled with brand name, brewer name, product class, net contents, retailer name/address, fill date, and a warning that the product may be unfiltered/unpasteurized and must be kept refrigerated

Containers may only be filled on customer demand (no pre-filling allowed) and must comply with specific sanitation requirements including use of food-grade sanitizer, bottom-to-top filling with tubes, and visual inspection for contamination

Federal alcoholic beverage health warning statements are required per 27 CFR Sections 16.20 to 16.22
