Amends Missouri's false impersonation statute (Section 575.120) to explicitly include "displaying a badge or other credential" as a method of falsely representing oneself as a public servant

Consolidates two existing versions of Section 575.120 enacted by previous legislative sessions (SB 491 from the 97th General Assembly and HB 916 from the 92nd General Assembly) into one unified section

Maintains existing penalties: false impersonation is a class B misdemeanor, elevated to a class A misdemeanor when impersonating a law enforcement officer

Preserves procedures for victims of identity-based false impersonation to seek expungement and correction of arrest or conviction records under Section 610.123

Retains provisions requiring prosecuting attorneys and courts to correct records when someone provides false identifying information (name, date of birth, Social Security number) upon arrest
