Creates new offense of "unlawful discharge of a firearm across a property line" when a person hunting or recreational shooting knowingly fires a weapon and the projectile crosses a property line

Provides two legal defenses: owning property on both sides of the crossed property line, or having a written agreement with property owners on either side permitting such discharge

Written agreements must include the shooter's name, identify the properties on either side of the crossed line, and be signed by all property owners on either side

Violation is a class C misdemeanor

Adds new section 252.044 to RSMo Chapter 252 (Wildlife Code)
