Amends the Missouri Works Program (Section 620.2005) to expand health insurance premium requirements for qualified companies seeking state economic development benefits

Requires qualified companies to either pay at least 50% of health insurance premiums directly or reimburse employees for 50% of premiums for health insurance purchased from a third party

Applies the same 50% reimbursement option to the definition of "full-time employee" for purposes of program eligibility and benefit calculations

Makes minor technical corrections, including changing "perform" to "performed" and "profits" to "profit" in existing statutory language

Adds that the section is subject to provisions of section 196.1127
