Appropriates $710,168,328 total for the Missouri Department of Corrections for fiscal year July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016, with $661,290,269 from General Revenue, $5,120,976 from Federal Funds, and $43,757,083 from Other Funds

Funds 21 correctional facilities across Missouri, including Jefferson City Correctional Center ($17.4M), Farmington Correctional Center ($19.3M), Eastern Reception, Diagnostic and Correctional Center at Bonne Terre ($19.4M), and Northeast Correctional Center at Bowling Green ($17M)

Allocates $145,398,471 for contractual services for offender physical and mental health care, requiring contractors to report all outside paid medical invoices prior to payment

Provides $74,187,089 for the Board of Probation and Parole with approximately 1,750 full-time employees, plus $1,167,500 for offender reentry programs in Kansas City ($178,000), St. Louis ($750,000), and ex-offender rehabilitative resources ($40,000)

Includes $39,817,168 in aid to counties for criminal case costs, transportation of convicted criminals, housing, and extradition expenses
