Establishes the "8 in 6 Program" allowing students to complete grades 7-8, high school, and the first two years of college in six years instead of eight, graduating with an associate's degree

State pays $225 per one-credit summer online or online overload course, with a maximum of 8 total credits funded per student during program participation

Participation limited to 25% of students in each grade 7-12 per school district, with unused slots reallocated to other grades or districts by July 1

Students must maintain a grade of C or better in online courses; those who fail must pay for and pass a replacement course before continuing

Creates the "8 in 6 Program Fund" in the state treasury and includes automatic sunset provision six years after the effective date unless reauthorized
