Establishes a three-year pilot program for systematic pay raises for Missouri Department of Corrections officers and supervisors, effective January 1, 2016

Sets minimum annual salaries: Corrections Officer I at $32,200; Corrections Officer II at $35,200; Corrections Officer III at $38,200; Corrections Supervisor I at $41,200; Corrections Supervisor II at $44,200

Provides $100 monthly pay raises for Corrections Officers I-III beginning January 1, 2017, with an additional $100 monthly raise beginning January 1, 2018

Requires the Director of the Department of Corrections to submit a written report to the governor and appropriations committees detailing officer retention numbers and cost savings at the pilot program's conclusion

Exempts these pay provisions from section 36.140 and other existing pay plan laws, rules, or regulations
