Eliminates provisions allowing plaintiffs or their agents (18+ years old) to personally conduct posting and mailing service via alias summons

Retains protections preventing money judgments against defaulting defendants served only through posting and mailing, and maintains the 10-day window for defendants to file motions to set aside default judgments
