Amends Section 565.081 to include sanitation workers alongside law enforcement officers, corrections officers, emergency personnel, highway workers, utility workers, cable workers, and probation/parole officers

Defines "sanitation worker" as any employee whose job duties include the collection and transportation of solid waste or recycling

First degree assault of a sanitation worker in the performance of their job duties is classified as a Class A felony, the most serious felony classification in Missouri
