Monthly identification required for participants who have died, moved out of state, or been incarcerated longer than 90 days

Department must make eligibility determinations within 20 business days of receiving contractor verification results, while retaining final authority over all eligibility decisions

Annual joint report required within 30 days of each calendar year end to the governor, speaker of the house, and president pro tempore of the senate, detailing ineligibility determinations and reasons
