Exempts agricultural structures used exclusively for production, harvesting, storage, drying, or raising of agricultural commodities (including livestock) from county health orders, ordinances, rules, and regulations

Requires county health center board concurrence before county commissions can promulgate health-related orders, ordinances, rules, or regulations (previously either body could act independently)

Removes language stating that concentrated animal feeding operation regulations shall not restrict local controls, effectively limiting county authority over these operations

Violations of adopted county health ordinances constitute a misdemeanor offense
