Missouri House Concurrent Resolution 12 calls on Attorney General Chris Koster to file an independent lawsuit or join 17 other state Attorneys General challenging President Obama's November 20, 2014 executive order on immigration

Plaintiff states argue the order will trigger increased undocumented immigration, worsen humanitarian conditions at the Texas-Mexico border, increase human trafficking, and impose substantial state costs for law enforcement, healthcare, and education

The resolution directs the Chief Clerk to prepare an inscribed copy for delivery to Attorney General Koster
