Creates the Human Trafficking Task Force to raise awareness of human trafficking in Missouri and provide a central information-sharing hub for organizations enforcing trafficking laws and assisting victims

Task force membership includes 21+ members: 2 Senators, 2 Representatives, Attorney General, directors from Public Safety/Social Services/Mental Health, Commissioner of Education, a circuit court judge, prosecuting attorney, juvenile officer, law enforcement officials, medical provider, Child Advocate representative, and 6 representatives from victim assistance NGOs

Senate Research, House Research, and Joint Committee on Legislative Research staff will provide legal, research, clerical, technical, and bill drafting services to the task force

Task force must convene within two months of resolution adoption and submit a summary of activities and legislative recommendations to the General Assembly by January 1, 2017

Task force terminates on January 1, 2017; members and staff receive reimbursement for actual and necessary expenses incurred attending meetings
