Proposes a constitutional amendment to be voted on in November 2016 that would dedicate a portion of state sales and use tax revenue to the state road fund beginning January 1, 2017

Initial allocation would be one-tenth of one percent (0.1%) of state sales tax revenue deposited into the state road fund

Allocation increases by an additional 0.1% each year until reaching a maximum of one-half of one percent (0.5%)

Annual increases are contingent on net general revenue from the previous fiscal year exceeding the highest revenue collected in any of the three prior fiscal years by at least 3%
