Prohibits employers from requiring union membership, payment of union dues or fees, or equivalent payments to charities as a condition of employment (commonly known as "right-to-work" legislation)

Declares any agreement between labor organizations and employers that violates these employee rights to be unlawful, null, and void

Establishes violations as a class C misdemeanor and allows injured persons to seek injunctive relief, damages, costs, and attorney fees

Requires county prosecuting attorneys and the state attorney general to investigate and prosecute violations

Exempts employers/employees covered by federal Railway Labor Act, federal employers, federal enclaves, and collective bargaining agreements entered before the effective date
