Designates portions of U.S. Highway 160 as the "Jerry Corp Memorial Highway" (2.5 miles in Ozark County near Bryant Creek bridge) and the "Billy Yates Highway" (within Doniphan city limits in Ripley County)

Names the State Highway 19 bridge over the Meramec River in Crawford County as the "Betty Vickers Memorial Bridge" and the Highway CC bridge over North Fork White River in Ozark County as the "Irwin C. Cudworth Memorial Bridge"

Designates a 2-mile portion of Business Highway 71 north of Interstate 29 in Andrew County as the "Randy Bever Memorial Highway"

Creates the "Ray-Carroll County Veterans Memorial Highway" on Highway 10 between Norborne and Hardin, and the "Veterans Memorial Expressway" on Highway 54 from Grand Glaize Bridge to Key Largo Road in Camden County; all designation costs to be paid by private donations
