Eliminates numerous business filing fees collected by the Secretary of State for various entity types including LLCs, corporations, limited partnerships, cooperatives, nonprofits, and trademarks, replacing many with a flat $5 fee deposited into the Secretary of State's technology trust fund

Removes specific filing fees previously charged for articles of incorporation, amendments, mergers, dissolutions, name reservations, registration reports, and certificate of authority applications across multiple business entity chapters

Extends the expiration date for technology trust fund fee collection from December 31, 2017 to December 31, 2021

Requires all fees in effect as of August 1, 2015, and as of the bill's effective date to be published on the Secretary of State's website

Retains late fees of $15 for each 30-day period for delinquent corporate registration reports and maintains the $20 service fee for process served on the Secretary of State as resident agent
