Election authority offices must be open for eight consecutive hours on each of the two Saturdays preceding an election, expanded from four hours on one Saturday, with staffing costs reimbursed from state general revenue

Any eligible voter may apply for and complete an absentee ballot in person at the election authority office from the second Tuesday through 5:00 p.m. on the Monday before an election without stating a reason for being unable to vote on election day

Voters must present an approved form of photo identification (Missouri driver's license, nondriver's license, U.S. passport, or military/veteran ID) to vote; voters without photo ID may cast a regular ballot by signing an affidavit and presenting secondary identification such as a utility bill, bank statement, college ID, or out-of-state license

The state must provide one approved form of photo identification free of charge to any voter who does not possess one and qualifies for it; the Secretary of State must contact voters believed to lack approved photo ID before the next election to notify them of this option

Polling places must post notices listing approved photo ID and secondary identification options, and voters who return with required identification during polling hours receive priority in voting lines
