Seven-director school districts in third classification counties (population 23,000-26,000) with fourth classification county seats (population 2,400-2,700) would continue receiving small school funding even after average daily attendance exceeds 350 students

Applies specifically to districts that previously received state aid under the small school formula when attendance was 350 or fewer students

Department of Elementary and Secondary Education must continue calculating state aid under subdivision (2) of subsection 2 of section 163.031 for qualifying districts

Eligible districts would receive the same funding amount from annual appropriations under section 163.044 as they received in the most recent year they qualified

Creates new section 163.045 in Chapter 163 of Missouri Revised Statutes
