Increases the threshold for chattel liens from $25 to $500, allowing workers who expend labor, services, skill, or materials on personal property to claim a lien for amounts up to $500

Raises the value threshold for abandoned chattel from $100 to $500, meaning chattels valued up to $500 that are not redeemed within one year of the agreed redemption date are deemed abandoned to the lien holder

Bars owners or depositors of abandoned chattels (valued at $500 or less) from recovering the property, its value, or any related damages after the one-year redemption period expires

Amends Missouri Revised Statutes sections 430.080 and 430.135
