Adds "sexual orientation" and "gender identity" as protected classes under Missouri's Human Rights Act (Chapter 213), alongside existing protections for race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, disability, and familial status

Defines "sexual orientation" as male or female heterosexuality, homosexuality, or bisexuality by inclination, practice, identity, or expression

Defines "gender identity" as the gender-related identity, appearance, mannerisms, or other gender-related characteristics of an individual, with or without regard to designated sex at birth

Prohibits discrimination based on these characteristics in employment (for employers with 6+ employees), housing, public accommodations, and lending practices

Expands the definition of "discrimination" to include unfair treatment based on presumed or assumed characteristics, whether or not the presumption is correct
