Expands the commercial zone for a home rule city with 108,000-116,000 inhabitants in a first classification county with 150,000-200,000 inhabitants to include additional territory along State Route NN to State Route 124 and back to U.S. Highway 63

Motor vehicles operating in cities with 75,000+ inhabitants, within 2 miles of city limits, or within commercial zones cannot exceed 15 feet in height

Maximum axle weight of 22,400 pounds applies to motor vehicles operating exclusively within these designated commercial zones

Commercial zone boundaries cannot be reduced due to population loss, and cities/counties retain authority to designate specific routes for these vehicles by ordinance
